Starting from Sunday, 17 January 2010 National Express West Midlands will make the following changes to
services:
Service 20: This route will be curtailed at Rubery. It will now run rom Arden Road direct via Rubery Lane, Callowbrook Lane and Bristol Road to Rubery Great Park. The route in the city centre is also amended with both peak and off-peak journeys terminating in Hill Street before leaving city centre via Navigation Street and
Suffolk Street Queensway. The timetable is revised however the frequency remains similar.

Services 21 and 21A: The route is amended and this service will now run via Somerset Road and Pritchatts Road, no longer serving Edgbaston Park Road and Church Road. The 0858 Monday-Friday journey from Bartley Green is re-timed to depart at 0851 to improve reliability.

Service 29: Three early morning journeys are re-timed to improve punctuality.
Service 74: Monday to Friday daytime timetable is revised to operate every 10 minutes. No changes to Saturday and Sunday timetables.
Service 79: Monday to Friday daytime timetable is revised to operate every 10 minutes. No changes to Saturday and Sunday timetables.
Service 126: Monday to Saturday daytime timetables are revised to operate every 10 minutes. No changes to Sunday timetable.
Service 952: The first journey on Sunday, from Hassop Road/Beeches Road is re-timed to depart 15 minutes earlier at 0930 (was 0945) in response to passenger requests.
